There are 195 stairs in the spiral staircase that leads to the top.

Arc de Triomphe is accessed by a tunnel under the road.
There is no charge to visit the Arc but there is a small charge to climb the stars to the top.
Inside the Arch there is a small museum documenting its history and construction.
