I will help you choose colours to suit your decor.
I have an account at most major paint dealers
in the city.
I purchase top line paint at wholesale prices
and pass the savings on to you.
If you are having trouble choosing colours, try
to take a piece of fabric etc. to the paint store and compare it with the
hundreds of colours available. Or bring home a few colour strips from the
paint store and tape them to the wall, decide on your colour over the next
day or two.
Here are a few guidelines to choosing the proper colours for your taste.
Keep in mind, colors may look different in a room
than they do on a small chart.
When using colors such as blues, yellows, or
pinks you might want to choose a
colour that is one or two shades lighter than
you want. Bear in mind you're only
seeing a one inch square, a colour will almost
always be more intense when
covering a large area.
Colours are relative to what you place next to
them. For example using white next
to a colour will make it look much darker.
Very Dark Reds, Yellows and Blue shades will require
multiple coats, in most cases more than 3.
The dark red and blues will often appear black
at a distance or on an angle.
There is no replacement for an experienced painter
in choosing the right colours.
Remember we have seen many colour combinations
and can probably give you
some very good advice.
